Too late for Thanksgiving but Emeril had a terrific recipe on Food TV for
Spoon Bread which he suggested to replace stuffing.  It is gluten free!  You
can get it by going to foodtv.com and checking on his show recipes.  I
haven't tried it yet but watched him make it and watched the tasters.  It
