I just called Kelloggs and they do have a list of all the ingredients in
their foood. It also mentions gluten.  Their Temptaions cereal is sold only
in very large supermarkets. If you ask a store manager of a smaller store
they may order it for you. If anyone else has any Kellogg questions it is a
local call for me. And no I have no finacial interest in Kelloggs nor do I
