MEETING AGENDA
Beth Hillson, from The Gluten-Free Pantry

Our guest will be Beth Hillson, who will speak about "Survival in the Real
World." A celiac herself and the mother of a celiac child, Beth is
proprietor of the Gluten-Free Pantry, a company that produces excellent
ready-to-use mixes for an assortment of gluten-free baked goods from brownies
to breads and bagels. She also carries a variety of other products like
gluten-free vitamins, bread machines, and more.

Before founding the Gluten-Free Pantry, Beth worked as a professional chef
and food writer. More recently, she has been especially helpful to the
celiac community not only by putting good taste into gluten-free products,
but also by speaking out to others about the needs of gluten-sensitive
individuals.

At the meeting, Beth will talk about gluten-free baking, eating out, whether
at restaurants or friends' and relatives' homes, and other topics of interest
to members of our group. She will also have a variety of her products on
hand to sample and to purchase. So come prepared to listen, ask questions
and enjoy some gluten-free treats.
