Smithfield ham manufacturer:  Here is their response:

    I have received your note and I am happy to inform you that our products do
    not contain any of the ingredients you listed.  We have one ham that has
    hydrolyzed soy protein and one with isolated soy protein and both of these
    hams are clearly labeled.  If there are any other questions you can contact
