If you're planning to serve  a ham for the holidays...
 
        I called the 800# for HoneyBaked hams.  One of the ingredients in
the glaze IS "wheat starch"!  The ingredients in the ham, however, seem to
be OK.
        I found out, however, that each individual store will prepare one
without glaze for you if you call ahead and special order it.  There is NO
additional charge to do this!
