Hi, I'm a diagnosed celiac (March 2012). My symptoms were vague and was only=
diagnosed when trying to determine the source of my persistent acid reflux.=
And I'm wondering if others with a similar "silent" or non classic presenta=
tion have noticed their sensitivity to gluten exposure change over time. I a=
te a non-GF pizza last fall and threw it up shortly thereafter--a reaction I=
would not have occurred 18 months earlier. Have others silent Celiacs notic=
ed increased gluten sensitivity over time? If so does your reaction just see=
m to get worse and worse or did you just form a new level of sensitivity?

I do understand that each person is different. But I am curious at the momen=
t because I'm sick in Spain after attending a wedding in France and I'm not s=
ure if I've been glutened or have food poisoning.=20

Any advice would be helpful. I can summarize responses after I return home i=
n a week to the US.

Thanks!
Allison
