Dear list members -

Earlier this year (I'm guessing March) a link to an excellent diet  
resource was posted; the one I am looking for was to print and give to  
the dietician if you were admitted to the hospital or to a rehab/  
skilled nursing facility. The post contained a link to the document,  
not the whole document.

I can't find that post. One of my "residents" here at my long-term  
care facility has just been diagnosed with CD and I find myself in the  
position of educating everyone from the nursing staff to dietary staff  
to the family; I need that wonderful printout. If anyone has it, can  
you please forward it to me? I'd very much appreciate it.
