Dear friends,
I am 4-5 weeks pregnant. I have been gluten-free for about 3 years. I
am just wanting to know if any of you have any suggestions on how I
should proceed with my diet. In the book "What to eat when you're
expecting" they recommend that one eats 6+ servings of whole grains and
other concentrated carbohydrates. I don't have a clue how to do that. I
eat a waffle with peanut butter on it each morning but that is about it.
If anyone has any good sound advice on how to be gluten free and pregnant
I would love to hear from you. Thank you.

Carla
