Flying into Orlando and driving up to spend a week at Amelia Island (Amelia Inn), dining there and in Jacksonville/Orange Park. I've researched the major chains, but wondering if anyone has recommendations for smaller local restaurants that are familiar with the gluten free diet.
   
  Also, any experiences with Club Continental in Orange Park?  I'm attending a wedding and planning on contacting the caterer there. It's my first time doing this, so I'd really appreciate any advice (don't want to be a rude guest, but I'd like to be able to eat something other than my stash of Lara bars ;).
