Hi, all,

I hit Shady Brooks Farms website, (mostly just because I'd gotten an
email about a contest, I have no personal interest in the company
other than that they have food), & responded to their survey.    I
searched their site for info on which products were gluten free.
Couldn't find it right off, so I mentioned this in the survey answer.
I'd say they're  cooperative.  Here's the response....

We appreciate your suggestions and I will pass these onto our
Marketing Department for their consideration.  They take these
suggestions very seriously and are grateful for any information on
how
to better serve our consumers. Shady Brook Farms fresh whole
turkeys,
turkey breasts and turkey cutlets are 100% natural and do not
contain
any milk derivates or additives. All of our Shady Brook Farms
products
are MSG frees.  They are also gluten free, except for our Turkey
Meatballs.
