I'm sending this reply to the whole list because I thought it was
relevant. There's a company in England which has developed such a
product. Their URL is: http://www.tepnel.com/products/BioKits/
GlutenRapid.asp. I don't know anything more about it (except that I
don't think it's available in the US). Also from reading their info, it
looks like it is not 100% accurate.
