I will be visiting Vancouver Island (Victoria area) in September. Please
can anyone recommend
restaurants that will cater for a gluten free diet?
 
Also visiting Prague in late September can anyone recommend hotels and
restaurants that can cater
for the diet?
 
Further to the MS debate - I was diagnosed 9 months ago with CD and my son,
who is a doctor, was diagnosed 4 years ago with MS.  Could there be any
connection?  He says that the MS gene has only been discovered in the last
few months here in England and therefore he is not confident of a genetic
link.  He is also rather sceptical about a gluten free diet.  Has anyone
any scientific evidence or knows of any papers indicating a proven link
between CD and MS, also any scientific evidence that MS can be controlled
and improved with a gluten free diet.  Until presented with the evidence I
think he will carry on eating gluten containing foods!
