Hello List Mates,
Upon hearing the story I think we have all shared the outrage of the poisionous Colorado chef who bragged about serving wheat pasta to Celiac diners. From the beginning I have felt compelled to get to the heart of this story. I enlisted the help of a dear friend who lives very near Florindo's Restaurant, the last place of employment for Damian Cardone.  Bonus, she had read the article, and knew the writer. Yesterday I was able to talk directly to the editor/writer of the article that started it all. Turns out Cardone is not a chef at all! According to the restaurant owner, he was a part-time waiter who never prepared food.
