It seems that TWA is formally off the "possible airlines to fly" list.
Their response to my request to provide gluten free meals was as
follows:

Hello, Mr. Muller.  I'm sorry we cannot provide a gluten-free meal
for you.

Having flown Air Canada, Lufthansa and KLM, who provided wonderfully
delicious gluten free meals, the TWA response takes them off my list for
