To all:

I am sending an early summary of this restaurant.  Most wanted to know
where they are located.  Their website is www.pfchangs.com and they have
location information there.  I had one reply that mentioned a manager
said that there are no "all rice" noodles.  I e-mailed Changs again
about that and received an immediate reply from Paul Muller Corporate
Executive Chef that stated " our rice stick (angel hair) is all rice
flour.  It is the noodle we use in our Singapore noodles.  You can
substitute this noodle in any of our dishes.  A word of caution,
sometimes in different parts of the country we might have a substitute
label at times. Please inform your server of your condition and have the
chef check the label to be sure".

If any further information comes to me I will make another summary.
