My daughter is turning 5 in about 3 weeks, and I am desperately searching for a good birthday cake recipe or mix!!  Our local grocery has gluten-free icing so they are going to decorate it for us which is fabulous!!  I have tried the Namaste vanilla cake mix and actually was not at all impressed with it, and my daughter did not like it.  Does anyone recommend another mix or have a recipe for a delicious birthday cake???  Prefer either vanilla or chocolate and vanilla.
