This is a Brazilian restaurant, excellent service, high prices.

There is a salad bar and also many different cuts of meat brought to
your table and sliced onto your plate by a very attentive staff.

The fried yucca pieces are dredged in wheat flour. The tabouli contains wheat.

The fried banana is cooked in dedicated oil and is not floured.

The meats, except for the chicken legs, are gluten free. The chicken
breast wrapped in bacon is gluten free.

Many of the vegetables in the salad bar are gently marinated in
oil/vinegar and spices, and have no gluten in them.

I ate more than was wise and felt safely non-contaminated by gluten.

Patty
