IHOP omelettes contain pancake batter to make them fluffy, according to the
manager of one IHOP restaurant.  I picked this up from a low-carb newsgroup,
and think it relevant to post here.  Don't know whether this pertains to all
IHOPs, a few, or just that one, but it bears asking the management about
adulterated eggs before ordering first and getting sick later.
