Hi list,  Penzey puts out a very good cat. on spices and I have ordered
from them before.  I had a long conversation with the rep. and was
assured that if any thing is added to their mixes, it is labeled so.  I
found this to be true with the toco seasoning which I very much wanted,
but most all the others did not list "wheat flour" or any other flour.

They give a history of each spice, how to use it, and even some
