Thanks for the great response.

There is Naturally's health food store on South Padre Island. Holiday Inn
has microwave and Mini refrigerators.

 Port Isabel has HEB grocery (Boars Head Deli meat and Cheese - GF and Amy's
Organics frozen Dinners, some are GF).  B & A Seafood market is good. Good
Resturand near lighthouse has breakfast tacos and Tacquitos - not sure of
name.

Harlingen has 3 HEB's and Albertsons and Valley Health Foods.  Walmart has
fresh Tortillas.
