This was in the Specialty Food News and has me concerned.  Am I right to believe that this Z Trim will contain gluten since it's ingredients includes the hulls of oats & barley?  Please let me know if you are unable to link to this article by clicking on "Full Story" and I will send the whole article.  It is a little long so I just didn't want to send it to everyone if not necessary or not wanted.

In the article, it sounds as if they believe this will be a big product in cutting fat in our foods.  Wonder if the USDA scientists even thought about Celiacs and those with allergies to corn and soy?
