The subway website has pdf file that lists the allergens contained in
their various foods.  From that pdf file I got the following list of gf
menu items:

Salads
   *Veggie Delite, Turkey Breast, Turkey Breast & Ham, Ham, Roast Beef,
Subway Club, Tuna, Italian BMT, Cold Cut Trio, Subway Melt

Ingredients
   * Sandwich Meats
      --Turkey Breast, Ham, Roast Beef, Subway Club meats, Italian BMT
meats, Cold Cut Trio meats, Bacon
   * Poultry
      --Chicken Strips (Plain ONLY)
   * Seafood
      --Tuna
   * Condiments - All Subway condiments are GF
      --Light mayo, mustard (yellow and deli brown), oil, vinegar,
   * Fixings - all are GF
      --Sauces:  Dijon Horseradish, Honey Mustard, Red Wine Vinaigrette,
Chipotle Southwest, and Sweet Onion
      --Cheeses:  American, Cheddar, Pepperjack, Provolone and Swiss
      --Vegetables:  Lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers, onions, and
