and exciting flavors. Mia Famiglia is now NFCA G.R.E.A.T certified; staff has
been educated, all of the gluten-free items are prepared in a dedicated area,
separate equipment is used (including a separate pasta maker) and rest assured
that Chef Tomas keeps his kitchen spic and span. The best aspect of Mia
