In her recent post, Dorothy DeBisschop said she had purchased a "Grain
Master Whisper Mil-Electric grinder from WALTON FEED for $250." I have
been considering purchasing a Kitchenaid Professional stand mixer which can
do things such as knead bread dough for ~$300 and getting the grain mill
attachment for about $125. While it's a lot more $$ than the Walton, this
would give me more versatility for my limited kitchen counter space. My
question: Has anyone had experience good/bad with the Kitchenaid/food mill
combination?

P.S. Perhaps another file needs to be started listing comments about
appliances we have all purchased to deal with the more
preparation-intensive needs of a gluten-free diet??? That way, others who
join the list and dowload the startup files will have this information as
well.
