Ive been silent too long (1 day!)
What im going to ask may sound a little unorthodox, but what the
heck.  Thats the way I learned about it.  Everyone, take 3 hours,  go
to the public library, look up Celiac Disease in the Ency Brittanica,
and look up ALL (I mean ALL) subreferences to it.
 
Then start putting 1+1 together and well see what kind of thread PKU
will have.
 
I think all of you will be happy to have spent the time.
