Sorry for the deluge of messages....

In light of my post about canola oil and my expressed frustration with some
of the statements in the CSA/USA GF shopping guide that struck me as vague or
insufficiently explained, I thought I ought also, in fairness, to express my
appreciation for all the work that went into putting the guide together.
 It's an enormously valuable resource.  So I hope my earlier post will be
taken as constructive criticism.
