Here's another vote for this terrific book by J.P. Lowell.  It is full of
tips on being assertive in a variety of settings.  It approaches gluten
intolerance with humor and a real conviction for the need to take care of
ourselves with strength and kindness, towards ourselves and others.  And it
has lots of specific information about food, sources, travel, etc.  It's
an outstanding book and I'm amazed that the author took the time to
research and write it, given the probable small market for it.
