Hi Celiacs!

I just watched Smarten-Up, an excellent new DVD by Ron Hoggan. He 
explains how gluten grains impede learning and behavior. It is a 
comprehensive look at celiac disease.
Here is the website: http://www.smartenup.info/ I highly recommend it.

I was particularly interested in the topic because I am teaching a 
child with Down's Syndrome how to read. A gluten free diet will be 
helpful in this situation.
