Hi Listmates,

There has been come discussion about the status of Pam cooking sprays on
the list lately.

If you go to their website at www.PAM4you.com and click on the contact
us choice, then click on frequently asked questions, there is a question
asking whether Pam is gluten free.  The answer is that it IS gluten
free.
