after over two years of strict dieting I went nuts and had a slice of
pizza...  I feel shakey about the whole thing and got diarreah this
morning with what I remember to be light colored stools and floating...  I
know i'm weak for doing this but have been getting really sick of my
choices within my  "RESTRICTED" foods...  I just couldn't control myself,
my wife and kids eat so much gluten it drives me insane...

Sorry, this post has no other purpose other than to let myself vent...  I
know now that my next few weeks or months will be filled with hell while
my stomach re heals itself once again.... :(
