I have received responses from celiacs in the Netherlands, Germany, and
Austria verifying that Oetker baking  powder is gluten- free.  They have
gotten this information from the German Coeliac society.  However, oetker
products are also  produced in Mississiauga, Ontario, Canada.  I called
Oetker in Canada  and they likewise verified that the baking powder is GF.
