There are so many ways to get exposed to gluten. When will I ever learn all
of them? Last evening, my husband & I took our superior-in-every-way
grandson to a speghetti dinner at our church. I ate before I went & was
very careful not to touch any food or put my hands to my mouth. But, you'll
never guess how I screwed up this time. We got our water cups mixed up & I
drank out of my grandson's cup instead of mine. So today . . . well . . .
let's just say I'm not exactly in top form . . . . . BUMMER!!!

I began the GF diet in April 2000 so this is my 4 year anniversary month!
What a journey this has been. I'm so glad you have all been there for me.
Thank you all.
