I don't have a recipe, but I do have info on mustard...
 
According to the 1996 CSA/USA Cooperative Gluten-Free Commercial
Products Listing, 2nd edition, the following mustards are all safe:
 
Best Foods: Dijonnaise
Eden: Hot Mustard
French's: All Prepared Varieties
Gulden's: All
Hain: Natural Stone Ground Mustard
Hellmann's: Dijonnaise
Plochman's: All EXCEPT Spicy Honey, Sweet Wine & Cider
Sauer's: Mustard
 
Don't get too excited and overdose on mustard now!
