I have been asked to do a live cooking video for a small group. This is not a high tech food network production by any means. It is me with a store bought cam and my home kitchen.

For my first meal I have chosen " cre'me de Broccoli au Conde's"
CREAM OF BROCCOLI and CHEESE soup..
This is perfect for a cold winter up north. For the super bowl coming up.
I will be using all gluten free products and hopefully this is something you would like to follow along with.
