Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to share with you about three new products (at least new to me) that we sampled
over the weekend at our support group meeting that were fabulous.

#1 Italian Herb Gluten Free Bread Mix from Gluten Free You and Me

This bread mix only requires you to add water and oil. It baked up into a very nice loaf.
The taste and texture was wonderful! It did not crumble or break apart in anyway while
     eating it. Everyone loved it!

#2 Mina’s Purely Divine GF Bread Mix

This bread required a few more ingredients, but nothing out of the ordinary.
It also baked up into a very nice loaf of bread. The taste and texture were wonderful!
It did not crumble or break up while eating. Everyone thought it was great!

#3 Mina’s Purely Divine Chocolate Cake Mix

I made this chocolate cake mix into cupcakes. They rose AND DID NOT FALL when
cooling. We were very impressed with the taste and texture. I frosted them with ready made
Betty Crocker Creamy Coconut Pecan frosting and they were yummy! Everyone gave them a
      huge thumbs up!

A huge kudos to these two companies for their wonderful products!

Check out their websites at www.GlutenFreeForYouAndMe.com and www.MinasPurelyDivine.com.

Happy GF Eating!
