I justcame across something surprising while looking for a gift for my young daughter. She said she wanted the Gourmet Girl Cupcake Maker she has seen on commercials. It makes little cupcakes that you mix and make in the microwavefor 30 seconds and then frost and decorate them.  Found it at Target and I was surprised to find all of the cupcake mixes are gluten free! Chocolate, Vanilla, Red Velvet...package has it noted that all mixes are gluten free wheat free and nut free but do contain egg and milk. Also notes processed in facility  that processes wheat but I think most products add that disclaimer. Just wanted to pass on this unusual find.
