Greetings from Iowa.

I am writing to see what you all enjoy within your Gluten Free Lifestyles.

I have seen the GF cooking classes. (In California and east coast) And
other fun ideas.

I would love to participate in Gluten Free Overnight retreat. When I was
first diagnosed I was so tired of having to 'be on guard' for every thing
I was a round to 1) make all meals 2) make sure I did not get sick if at a
friends or out to eat, etc.

If you had an opportunity to attend a retreat would you need to 'hear' to
attend? Fun, laughter, someone else doing the cooking? Healthier cooking
options? any more ideas? For me I enjoy meeting new women, and we certainly
would have something in common

Thanks for sharing.
