Hi, I'm looking for a chocolate cake recipe that would work well as a
layered cake, instead of a sheet cake.  Any suggestions will be greatly
appreciated.  My 4 yr. old always drools over the "fancy" cakes in the
grocery store, and I would like to surprise her with a GF  cake,
professionally decorated for her birthday.  White cake recipes would be
ok too.   Thanks.  Lisa in NC
