Elizabeth,
I am experiencing the same thing. I was diagnosed in April with Celiac
froma biopsy but after being on the diet for 2 and ahalf months I am not
gaining weight, still feel horrible. I am seeing another doctor as the
first specialist thinks all the other symptoms are all in my head. It
seems that doctors like to make one clear diagnosis and leave it at that.
It is kind of scary that a person has to almost become a pain in the ass
to get doctors to take them seriously. They are not experiencing the
discomfort and pain and it is not fair.
