i got another e-mail from the ginger people and they asked me to warn that
some of their products might not be gluten free. i'm now not certain about
the soy sauce in their products because they haven't answered that
specifically since they realized this. however, the hickory ginger sauce
clearly states that wheat is used, so i always knew that.

the others don't list it. the lemon grass definitely seems to be gf. not
certain about wasabe because i didn't want to try a hot sauce. but the ones
with soy sauce, especially the ginger lime, i am waiting for a positive
answer on now. i'll post if i hear more.

sorry for the confusion. just goes to show that they don't understand gf.
