I have written 2 articles on celiac disease and the gf diet for the Feb
and March issues of Today's Dietitian. As a result many dietitians are
learning more about celiac disease and here is the link for an article
that a dietitian wrote for the Naples newspaper. (Note the correct
website for the book in the article should be www.glutenfreediet.ca )
