A few kind folks have written to say that not all Westsoy products are
gluten free because of barley malt.  The two items that I purchased (the
creamer and plain soy milk) do not list that ingredient. I agree that we
always MUST read the ingredients information and then sometimes we still
have to call the manufacturer to make sure items are OK, hoping that they
understand what gluten is. Mary in NH
