hello listmates

everyone who responded had good results at Golden Corral, as long as you watch carefully and choose meats from the grill even though they do not technically have gluten free dining. one person saw other diners cross contaminating some foods by switching the spoons to different pans, so you would have to be watchful & I presume it depends on the overall cleanliness of your particular Golden Corral.
I guess I will give our local Gold. Corral a try as everyone tells me it is clean & tidy (something not found very often in the Tampa area).

Mary from MI.
