This is a response to an e-mail I sent this afternoon to DD telling them how disappointed I was that they will not be launching their GF donut and muffin.

Dear Denise,

Thank you for taking the time to contact Dunkin' Donuts.

We recognize the importance of providing our guests with many options, including alternative choices for people with food and dietary restrictions. We understand that sensitivities to food ingredients such as gluten are a serious concern for many guests.
In 2013, we tested a gluten-free Cinnamon Sugar Donut and Blueberry Muffin in select markets. We are currently assessing the results of this test, as well as feedback from our guests and franchisees. We do not have plans to launch these products nationally at this time. We are continuing to develop additional gluten-free products for future tests, and we remain committed to exploring ways to offer our guests gluten-free choices.

I appreciate that you let us know about your interest and I will ensure that your feedback makes it to the appropriate person on the brand team.
Thanks again for contacting us, I hope you have a great day.
