Do the new labeling laws mandate the message: "Processed in a facility that also processes wheat, milk...whatever." I have noticed that many producers put this message below the ingredients listing, although it is not on many products. Is this a voluntary notice by the producer, or when that particular alert is not added, does this mean the product is not produced with other of the 8 high allergens?

Thanks in advance,
