Dear Listmembers,
                               I have a question for those of you who
buy pappadums. One brand of imported pappadums (from India I think )
stated on the pack that it was made of URID flour, does anyone know if
this is gluten free? I have tried to look up this ingredient without any
luck so if anyone out there knows what it is and it's GF status I would
appreciate it and I will summarise my findings,
