I tried Pamela's chocolate cake mix and made the chocolate pound cake
recipe on the side of the bag, using GF chocolate chips.  It is really a
very nice cake and  I will use this mix again.  Great texture and
flavor  - an unusual combination in the GF baked goods world.  Had some
more for breakfast.....

This was as good as a "homemade"  GF cake - maybe better.
