I wrote to Chili's restaurant today via the internet. They responded
quickly, however, did not have very good new for us. I asked if they
had a gluten-free list or if they could discuss with me their menu items
and possibly we could find what would be safe to eat. Below is their
response:

Sidona,

Thank you for your letter requesting nutritional information on our
restaurant's menu items. We sympathize with your situation and would like to
assist you in determining which menu items would meet your son's dietetic
requirements. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide this information.

Our restaurants stock many items that contain ingredients excluded from your
son's diet. Most processed foods contain derivatives of wheat. Therefore,
out of an abundance of caution and concern for your son's health, we cannot
recommend menu items which are gluten free due to the potential of cross
contamination or adulteration.

We do appreciate your inquiry and wish you the best of luck.
