Hi List,
I'm posting this in hopes that others have had the same problem and have
resolved it.
How can I get GF bread to rise in my bread machine? I'm tired of the bread
loaf coming out 6-8 inches high (or is this normal?). By and large the
bread will be very dense and of course very heavy. My machine (Wel-Bilt) is
apparently functioning normally. The only differance (that I know of) is
that I am at an elevation of 5600 feet. Have had no real luck in
compensating for this.
Any help would be appreciated.
