Dear All

I am very new to this and to Celiac.

Please could anyone provide a list of 'safe' foods and info for someone with
diabetes and Celiac.

I have only recently been diagnosed with diabetes (type2).The Celiac part is a
self diagnosis and I have been greatly helped by the information provided by
this site.

I also have an under active thyroid and would welcome information from anybody
who has similar difficulties/complications.
